Rising Tide AI ("we", "us", or "our") provides software tools to help tour operators, activity providers, and reservation technology platforms synchronize pricing with online travel agencies (OTAs), monitor rate discrepancies, and prevent accounting issues through automation and AI-driven insights.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or uptime of the Service. Your use is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rising Tide AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification
